Conducting feasibility study for the target expansion
Developing business and project plans with different scenarlo analysis to provide a complete visibility to the stakeholders for the proposed project
Compiling project report and Information Memorandum for astakeholder review
Assistance in entity structuring and advisory for Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) for outside India expansion and Foreign Direct aInvestment (FDI) for expansion In India by entities outside India
Facilitating initial set-up of projects
Undertaking gap analysis of budgeted projections vis a vis actual performance of the Investee company
Conducting reqular discussions with the board of the investee to ensure investor objective is continuously achieved
Reviewing applicable legal compliances of the investee companies and guide the management, as may be required
Preparation of periodic MIS reports for investor briefing and undertaking management meetings for improvement recommendation (If any)
